An EICR is a report of an electrical  installation. The report shows all details of the installation including age, system type, circuit details and any observations that may be made by the electrician. The report would show whether the installation is in SATISFACTORY or UNSATISFACTORY condition.

Flats - £99

Homes - 3 bedrooms and under £149

Rewiring traditional has a shelf life of 30 years. Issues such a flicking lights, intermittent faults and tripping MCBs may indiciate your wiring is begining to fail. 

Wooden fuse boards and fuseboards that do not have RCD protection are direct indicators of the age of the installation and rewiring most likely would be required.

All new rewiring works by Rosa Electrical are covered by the NICEIC platinum promise.

Rewiring prices start from £2499 unoccupied and £2999 for occpuied properties. We aim to be completed in 1-3 days on standard homes.

The 1st 30 minutes would be Charged at £80 then its £65 per hour charged at 30 minute intervals.

All materials supplied would be marked up by 20%
